Grilled Chicken

INGREDIENTS :

6 Persons 

- 1 to 2kg chicken

- The juice of 2 lemons

- 2 eggs

- 2 tablespoons flour

- Salt, pepper, cumin, hot pepper, ginger





PREPARATION


TIME OF PREPARATION : 60 mn

- Wash the chicken well, cook in a crock pot of salted water for 20 minutes, drain it and cut it in half,lengthways.

- Put in a bowl with lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, hot pepper, add the chicken and let marinate for 15 minutes.

- Breaking eggs in a bowl, beat them into omelette, add the flour, ginger and salt, mix well, well baste the chicken with this mixture.

- Prepare a barbecue and when the charcoal is ready, place the drained chicken and leave roast in turning occasionally until golden brown.

- Serve immediately.
