- 250g chickpea
- 2 glasses of milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Cumin, salt
- Paprika
PREPARATION
TIME OF PREPARATION : 45 mn
- Wash chickpeas and soak those 3 hours in a large container.
- Put the chickpeas in a casserole and cover with salted water, cook until they are tender.
- Overwrite chickpeas in a colander to remove the skin, grind them in blender until a smooth puree, add milk, melted butter, cumin and salt, cook fire very sweet 15 minutes to stir regularly with a wooden spoon until a creamy puree.
- Serve in a bowl and garnish with paprika
