Triangles crispy shrimp and goat

INGREDIENTS

PERSONS : 6
- 8 sheets of filo dough

- 150g peeled raw shrimp

- 100g dried black mushrooms

- 300g white chicken

- 100g butter melted

- 1 onion

- 1 clove garlic

- 125g fresh goat

- 1 egg

- Salt and pepper





PREPARATION

TIME OF PREPARATION : 60 mn

- Soak the black mushrooms in boiling salted water, dry well, cut into small pieces.

- Crush goat with a fork.

- Cook the white steamed chicken, cut it into small pieces.

- Shell shrimp, cut them into small pieces.

- Peel the onion and garlic, chop them finely.

- Put in a bowl of white chicken, mushrooms, shrimp, goat crushed, onion and chopped garlic, salt and pepper, mix well.

- Cut with a pair of scissors leaves Filo dough into 4 rectangles size of 20cm long and 24cm wide.

- Place a rectangle Filo dough on the work plan, beurrer it with a brush with melted butter and bend it to three on the width to form a band, beurrer again this band, save one tablespoon of farce at the end, forming a sort of triangle and bring it to one side of the strip and fold the triangle to the opposite side and continue to fold in order to close the triangle, stick with the tip 'Egg beaten ensuring well shut the triangle, repeat this process until the exhaustion of the farce and leaves, brush the surface of each triangle with egg yolk, have them on an oiled sheet.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C until the triangles are well browned.
